Ray Bradley established his architectural glass art studio in West London in 1964, and in the years since has designed and made many works in an expanded use of glass techniques for a large range of situations in the UK and overseas, always from a contextual position and working collaboratively with architects, designers and clients. In 2004 he invited Denise Mt Basso to join him as a partner to create Bradley+Basso (www.bradleybasso.com). With a family background of mosaic and terrazzo, close con-tacts with current Venetian mosaics, a Bauhaus influence from one of her early tutors in Italy and the addition of an MA in Fine Art with Architecture from UEL, her skill sets have resulted in an extended approach and range of commissions from a wider and more varied clientele. In this lecture, Ray and Denise will talk about their personal approach to glass and describe how their very different talents have coalesced successfully in their new work.

The lecture is open to members and non-members of the Society, and admission is by ticket only. For more information and to book tickets, see the BSMGP website.
